Breaking Down Communication Barriers to Reach Men with BPH

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common condition in men 50 years and older, but it often goes untreated because men don’t want to discuss their symptoms. GCI Health launched a campaign with a well-known basketball legend, which encouraged men to talk to their doctor about a BPH treatment that could improve symptoms faster than any other treatment. The program launched at an NBA game followed by a 20-market roll out. The media campaign for this blockbuster drug generated 60 million media impressions and significantly increased prescriptions.
