As the country gears up for another NCAA college basketball tournament, GCI Health is excited to tip off its third year of channeling the “March Madness” spirit through our Lets Do Something Different employee engagement program, “Take a Break from the March Madness!” Since March is a notoriously busy month for our clients and teams, we like to keep people energized via a month of special perks and fun competition. As part of the program, account teams throughout the U.S. compete for points by doing the “everyday” things that reinforce our agency’s values: going above and beyond the call of duty for our clients, exhibiting flawless execution of key milestones and – of course – challenging the status quo. Basketball fans or not, our teams get really into the competitive spirit – creating out-of-the-box team names, mascots and logos and even getting our clients in on the competition. In the end, the winning team enjoys a victory night out on the GCI Health with our senior leaders, as well as bragging rights for the rest of the year.
