Kim Walker (previously Lemon) joins GCI Health London as Deputy Managing Director, reporting to Managing Director Kath Kerry. Prior to joining GCI Health, Kim spent six years at Liberation Unlimited having joined the company at its inception in 2009. Most recently she held the position of Head of Liberation Unlimited where she led the team to win the coveted Communiqué Small Consultancy of the Year, in 2014. She also has experience in industry having worked at the Johnson & Johnson diabetes medical devices company, Lifescan EMEA.

Commenting on Kim’s appointment Kath said: “As a fast-growing global agency, delivering above and beyond client expectations, it is essential that we have the right leaders to contribute to our continuing success. Anyone who’s worked with Kim knows she’s passionate about what she does and brings a diverse range of skills and expertise, so we are really excited to have her join the GCI Health family!”

Following the announcement earlier this month that Rikki Jones has relocated to Singapore to open the company’s Asian headquarters, Kath has taken on sole leadership responsibilities in the U.K. Hannah Morris will also take on a new role as Senior Director, European Client Development.

The company has also appointed five additional new members of staff, following an exceptional year of growth. Director, Rebecca (Bex) Hibble bolsters the leadership team at GCI Health, having previously held positions at Ruder Finn and Reynolds-MacKenzie. Senior Account Executive, Verity Andrews joins from TogoRun and Account Executive, Zunera Sheik moves to GCI Health from Havas Life. Sarah Wood and Alba Ruzafa-Martin also join as Account Executive and Junior Account Executive, respectively.

Wendy Lund, Chief Executive Officer, GCI Health Global, said: “2018 was a stellar year for GCI Health and we are thrilled to be celebrating our continued success by welcoming so much talent to our London office.”
