GCI Health is a relatively new arrival to the APAC region with the aim of making our talented staff the happiest and most inspired the industry has to offer.
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Account Director who is motivated by the opportunity to be one of the agency’s pioneering APAC team members, playing a key part in continuously driving forward GCI Health Singapore’s early (and long-term!) success.
The successful Account Director will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of at least two accounts, as well as overseeing key activity implementation. A willingness and ability to drive campaign planning, lead and genuinely inspire account teams, ensure account profitability and deliver regular and proactive high-quality client counsel will be essential to the role.
Equally as important is a hunger for business development and new experience. We are looking for an undeniable entrepreneurial spirit with the enthusiasm to match.
As an Account Director, you will build upon your current, comprehensive knowledge of the local and regional healthcare environments, including the latest policy and industry developments. You will develop your leadership skills through always taking a front foot with your account teams, ensuring delivery of integrated communications programs to an extremely high level, via support and guidance of your well-run and motivated account teams.
Under the guidance of the senior team, you will have a hands-on approach in managing client relationships and delivering strategic and well-thought-out communications programs that are based on expert industry specific knowledge and meet client expectations and objectives.
You will also take a proactive role in new business development and the growth of the agency, as well as people management and team development responsibilities.

Ideally the successful candidate will already be working within Singapore as an Account Director, however outstanding Senior Account Managers ready to take the next step in their careers will also be considered.
In-house experience will be viewed favorably; however, it is essential that all applicants have a solid background in agency employment. While not critical, life science qualifications are preferred.
