Bridging Medical and Behavioral Health

Healthcare providers and behavioral health professionals often see the same patients but have few resources to share patient data in a safe and HIPAA compliant manner. To change this dynamic, GCI Health worked with a solutions-based provider to raise awareness among healthcare decision makers and administrators, providers and government agencies on the company’s ability to connect healthcare professionals and behavioral health providers to provide coordinated care for underserved populations.
We developed cohesive messaging and a corporate narrative to tell a compelling story, highlighting 20 years of experience in case management SaaS solutions. To do this we on-boarded third-party spokespeople to serve as ambassadors and discussed how the platform fits their unique needs. We secured earned media coverage in key publications reaching stakeholder targets, including Modern Healthcare, Government Computer News, Healthcare informatics and Health Professional Radio, business outlets like Utah Business, and coordinated efforts for a contributed article developed in partnership with an actual client. The company’s sales team reported PR efforts led to new leads and thought leadership opportunities.
