GCI Health is a relatively new arrival to the APAC region with the aim of making our talented staff the happiest and most inspired the industry has to offer.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Associate Director who is motivated by the opportunity to be one of the agency’s pioneering senior APAC team members, playing a key part in continuously driving forward GCI Health Singapore’s early (and long-term!) success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate Director you will oversee an account group and be responsible for the efficient and profitable running of all client business and staff within their group. You will be a fully rounded communications operator, who has a thorough understanding of all key elements of marketing and the media and be capable of driving and growing existing business within the context and plans of the agency. Your role will be to develop strategies and activities for clients and oversee their execution, quality controlling all aspects of the clients’ programs and relationships with the agency.

As an Associate Director, you will also take an active role in organically growing your accounts and developing and winning new business - from the initial approach and research stage, through to development of strategic plans and creative proposals, and leading pitch teams (with senior support) as and when required.

You will also be involved, as a member of the leadership team, in the running and development of the agency, implementing time and staff management, financial/profitability and business plans as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally the successful candidate will already be working within Singapore as an Associate Director, however outstanding Account Directors ready to take the next step in their careers will also be considered.

In-house experience will be viewed favourably; however, it is essential that all applicants have a solid background in agency employment. While not critical, life science qualifications are preferred.
