With 20 years of experience working in the UK and U.S. markets, Hannah has expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and the wider healthcare environment. A corporate communications specialist, Hannah also has extensive experience in corporate and franchise positioning and in issues management. As joint Managing Director of the UK office, Hannah is also the client services lead.

A passionate healthcare communicator, Vicky has led global and domestic programs for pharmaceutical, consumer health and nutritional companies with award-winning success. Vicky’s skill lies in building targeted and authentic award-winning campaigns that can really make a tangible difference to patients, as well as other stakeholders. She has a breadth of experience, including advocacy, media relations, data communications, internal and corporate campaigns.

With a proven track record in issues and crisis management, Heather has successfully supported many companies to develop issues management protocols, manage active issues and maintain corporate reputations and product confidence across multiple geographies. Heather works alongside Kath Harrison to drive the expansion of the agency across Europe and the Middle East.
