Kim is a passionate, ambitious and motivated communications consultant who, together with Hannah Morris, has been instrumental in the success of the business in the UK. From an internal perspective, she is driven by always wanting to exceed expectations by improving business processes and culture and leads the agency on business operations and team excellence. Externally, Kim leads with a proven track record of delivering impactful, award-winning campaigns that demonstrate measurable improvements in brand and health outcomes for a wide variety of leading pharmaceutical companies.

A strategic thinker, Hannah’s passions lie in providing high-level counsel to clients and in delivering global campaigns that work on the ground. With 20 years of experience working in the UK and U.S. markets, Hannah has expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and the wider healthcare environment. A corporate communications specialist, Hannah also has extensive experience in corporate and franchise positioning and in issues management. As joint Managing Director of the UK office, Hannah is also the client services lead.

A passionate healthcare communicator, Vicky has led global and domestic programs for pharmaceutical, consumer health and nutritional companies with award-winning success. Vicky’s skill lies in building targeted and authentic award-winning campaigns that can really make a tangible difference to patients, as well as other stakeholders. She has a breadth of experience, including advocacy, media relations, data communications, internal and corporate campaigns.

She quickly gets to the root of a communications issue or challenge and always brings strategic, but creative, solutions to her clients. With 25 years of industry experience, Heather’s expertise spans the communications discipline. Having lived in multiple countries, Heather brings a truly global perspective to GCI Health. With a proven track record in issues and crisis management, Heather has successfully supported many companies to develop issues management protocols, manage active issues and maintain corporate reputations and product confidence across multiple geographies. Heather works alongside Kath Harrison to drive the expansion of the agency across Europe and the Middle East.
